Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your 12th Tribe finds, but we understand if things don't always work out. We offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date for store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size, receive store credit for future shopping, or get a refund to your original form of payment.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a sturdy mailer.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
